Gurkin Construction has teamed up with Design Build Collaborative to build a Capital Bank branch in Hope Mills, NC.

This location is being built with Green materials, such as recycled denim used as insulation in the walls, solar panels

and a water reclamation system. This branch recieved LEED Gold certification March 2011.
